Trading, storing, & using cryptocurrency on the go has never been easier than it is today. We live in an increasingly “mobile-first” world and that applies to the quickly emerging asset class of crypto. We are using our phones every day for managing our bank accounts, ordering food & rides shares, as well as checking in on our home while we are gone, so it makes perfect sense that we have a great solution for managing our cryptocurrency on mobile as well. Follow the ‘Stache as I take a look at the top 5 best mobile cryptocurrency wallets here in 2019.
- Enjin Wallet
Enjin wallet is my favorite mobile cryptocurrency wallet app and for a number of good reasons. I am a true gamer at heart and not only do they have a sleek design where you hold your own private keys, but it's ultra secure, supports lots of coins and tokens, has the best support for your crypto collectibles (ERC1155, ERC720), in-app exchange, dapp browser, Enjin Beam QR scanning, reveal codes, and SO much more. This wallet is jam packed with features and is easy to use. https://enjinwallet.io/
- Edge Wallet
Edge wallet makes it super simple to get started in crypto with your mobile phone. You hold your own private keys of course, and the user interface is clean and easy to use. They support a great amount of coins and adding more all the time. Sending and receiving is as easy as scanning a QR code and you can buy, spend, and exchange your crypto straight from inside the app! They also take security very seriously, which i value highly. https://edge.app/ - Exodus Wallet
I have been a user and fan of Exodus for a long time. They started as a desktop only cryptocurrency wallet & portfolio solution, but have recently launched their mobile version for both iOS and Android! Exodus is hands-down the best UI of any of my favorite mobile crypto wallets. The design is easy on the eyes, and very intuitive, just like their desktop version. While it does not support as many coins as some of the other wallets, they are adding more every day and will eventually end up with a seamless desktop to mobile experience for managing your crypto portfolio on the go and at home. https://www.exodus.io/ - Trust Wallet
Trust wallet is the official wallet of Binance and for good reason. The clean interface, built-in dapp browser, ease-of-use, own your private keys, and access to the new Binance DEX built right in, Trust wallet has earned the trust of thousands of users. They even have a Collectibles section on the wallet similar to Enjin that links to your opeansea.io account. - Monarch Wallet
Monarch has become a fan favorite and boasts some unique features not found in any of the other wallets I mention here. While you hold your own private keys, can buy & sell, read crypto news, do in-app swaps, Monarch also allows you to directly connection to the Celsius platform to earn returns on the cryptocurrency you own. That's a pretty nifty feature and while the UI leaves me wanting, it's still easy enough to use for the unique features it provides. https://monarchtoken.io/
No matter what your needs are in crypto, there is a mobile cryptocurrency wallet solution for you in this list! While not every wallet will hold every coin, with the right combination you can pretty much cover the entire market including that favorite shitcoin that is on only 1 exchange!
